Queen City Smiles Orthodontics

Every visit to Queen City Smiles feels like a celebration for our family! We are so lucky to have such a modern orthodontic office close to home. From the front desk staff to Dr. Kanupriya Tewari herself, everyone is incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. What we love most is that Kseniya actually looks forward to her appointments. Every visit is stress-free, comfortable, and positive. She is always excited to choose her next braces color and see the team again. The atmosphere feels warm and personal, like visiting close friends rather than a doctor’s office. We especially love seeing the adorable office dog, who has become such a special symbol of the practice. The first photo was taken on January 15, the day Kseniya got her braces. The last photo was taken on June 24, and we are already amazed by the progress in just a few months! We have been patients for over six months and could not be happier with our experience. We confidently recommend Queen City Smiles to our friends and family and can’t wait to see Kseniya’s final smile after her braces journey. We know it will be amazing! Thank you to the entire Queen City Smiles team for making this experience so positive fo

We currently see Dr. Tewari and she is a great orthodontist! I’ve been to a few in the area with myself and older daughter and she is by far one of the best. My daughter’s teeth are changing rapidly and I’m excited to see the transformation. We love the staff as well!

All the staff is very amazing and professional. I always receive reminders of my appointments and there is a flexibility to reschedule appointments when needed. I also love the coffee while I wait and my child can get some water too. This is very thoughtful!

We love Queen City Smiles! The staff is incredibly patient with my son Geoffrey who has high-functioning autism, and they always take the time to make him feel comfortable and at ease. Everyone is kind, understanding, and welcoming. And of course, sweet Nova the doodle is always a highlight of our visits! We highly recommend Queen City Smiles for their exceptional care and compassion.

I cannot recommend Queen City Smiles Orthodontics highly enough! My 10.5 yr daughter, Zayna, just completed Phase 1 of her orthodontic treatment, and the last 15 months have been nothing short of fantastic. From the very beginning, the team made us feel comfortable and was incredibly easy to work with. Dr. Tiwari is truly amazing—her expertise and friendly demeanor made the entire process seamless. She took the time to clearly explain the treatment plan, ensuring we understood every step along the way. Even when Dr. Tiwari had to take maternity leave during the final months of Phase 1, she made sure everything was in great hands. We felt fully supported throughout the journey! We are now looking forward to starting Phase 2, (in next year or two when all her baby teeth are off) knowing that we are in such capable hands. Thank you, Queen City Smiles and their entire staff, for taking such great care of Zayna!
